The coaching process begins with a self-assessment exercise that allows you to reflect on where you feel you are currently in your overall wellbeing. Taking the time to self-reflect on the different areas of your health is very revealing in ways you never could've imagined. After discussing the self-assessment, we work towards determining your vision of optimal wellness and the full identity of your evolved future self.
We set goals, action steps, and have follow-up meetings weekly or bi-weekly, discussing successes and challenges that you may have encountered incorporating these new habits into your daily routines and systems.
Ultimately, our goal is for you to be living a more happy, healthy, and productive life, one that you're able to maintain all of the new habits and daily disciplines that you envisioned, and have now become simply who you are.
